As they say, Christmas is a very special time of the year. And special times require special promises, special thoughts, you guessed it, special chocolates.
If anyone asks, yes, we bake the Christmas Cookies ourselves (we then have a bunch, as it's simply not human not to taste stuff coming out of a hot oven), after which we break them in pieces and use that as a base for our ganache. At the end, what you have, is the outside of a chocolate bar, but the inside of tiny-little-raindeer-infused-magic.
